  • Advise about, assist with finding, a finance broker, including making follow-up calls to assist
  • Enable us to manage your ongoing relationship with us e.g. invoicing, client surveys etc. We may do so by mail or electronically unless you tell us that you do not wish to receive electronic communications.

If you don’t provide us with the requested information, we can’t properly assist you with finding a finance broker.

Will we disclose the information we collect to anyone?

Storm Money Pty Ltd and its representatives will never unnecessarily exchange your personal or business information with any third party for any reason, unless compelled by force of law. However, in order to assist you, we may be required to provide your personal information to certain organisations. If your information is not provided, we may be unable to assist you.  The types of organisations include:

  • Finance brokers
  • Other mortgage intermediaries
  • Other organisations that assist us such as printers, mailing houses, lawyers, debt collectors, accountants and other auditors

We may also disclose your personal information to our business partners, related bodies corporate and affiliates for the above purposes.
